Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return of a standard, non-personalized product within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all supplied parts, accessories, and original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Start your request through our contact page. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not mail a return before receiving these instructions. Once authorized, please dispatch the return within 14 days.

Return shipping and fees

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please pack the item securely and use a tracked service.

If we sent an incorrect item, or your item arrives damaged or defective, Apogee Prints will cover necessary return shipping and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, including applicable original shipping charges. Contact us promptly with your order number and photos if available. Using an item enough to discover a defect does not remove your rights regarding that defect.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If we agree that a return is unnecessary, we will explain when the refund will be issued.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change an order. Standard product orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Once dispatched, our return process applies. For an exchange, contact us to arrange an eligible return and a new order.

Personalized items and product appearance

Any exception for a genuinely personalized or custom-specification item will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Such items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but this does not affect rights relating to defects, damage, incorrect items, or applicable cancellation laws.

Layer lines and minor surface variations are normal features of 3D-printed items. Screen settings and lighting can affect displayed colors. These characteristics do not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its description.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off or withdrawal rights. Where applicable law provides greater protection, that law applies. For delayed or unshipped orders, also see our Shipping Policy.
