Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Apogee Prints at apogeeprints.com. Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional details. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Our products

We sell physical 3D-printed products. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, purchases do not include digital design files. Product dimensions are approximate. Layer lines and small surface differences are natural features of 3D printing; colors may appear different under different lighting or on different screens. We remain responsible for supplying products that match their descriptions.

Mist-effect products produce water mist, not smoke. Their decorative mist effect does not represent a claim of a particular room coverage, humidity increase, or health benefit. Product-specific features, included accessories, and care instructions are stated in the listing or supplied with the item.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate order, contact, and delivery information. Prices and currency are displayed on the store; applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled or contains a material listing or pricing error. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute a different product without your agreement. If we cancel an order, we will refund amounts paid for the canceled items and related shipping as appropriate.

Production, delivery, and returns

Our standard fulfillment estimate is approximately 7 business days before shipment, with carrier transit time additional, unless otherwise stated. See our Shipping Policy for production delays and delivery details, and our Return and Refund Policy for cancellations, 30-day unused returns, and remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Product care and use

Follow the instructions supplied with your product. Use mist-effect items on a stable, water-resistant surface, keep electrical connections dry, and disconnect power before filling or cleaning. Do not add oils, fragrances, or other substances unless the supplied instructions specifically permit them. Decorative products are not toys unless expressly identified as such. Stop using an item if it leaks, is damaged, or does not operate normally, and contact us for help.

Privacy and website content

See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. Store branding, photographs, descriptions, and designs may belong to Apogee Prints or their respective licensors. Purchasing a physical item does not grant rights to copy or redistribute protected store content or design files.

Changes and customer rights

We may update these policies for future orders. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits refunds, warranties, or other rights where doing so is prohibited by law.
