Shipping policy

Printing, assembly, and fulfillment

Apogee Prints products are 3D printed and assembled with care. Please allow approximately 7 business days after payment is confirmed for fulfillment before your order ships, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or agreed with you. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

This is a production and processing estimate, not a delivery estimate. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and is additional. Paying for a faster shipping service does not shorten printing or assembly time.

Shipping charges and delivery

Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges are shown at checkout. We ship only to destinations supported by our checkout. Any carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

When your order ships, we will send a shipment notification and tracking information when available. For orders containing multiple items, we will let you know if items need to ship separately.

Production delays

If we cannot ship within the stated fulfillment timeframe, we will contact you with a revised dispatch date and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped order. We will obtain your consent as required and will not treat silence as agreement to an indefinite delay.

Address changes, missing packages, and damage

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us promptly to request an address correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any additional shipping charge for a customer-requested rerouting or reshipment will be explained before it is charged.

If a package is missing, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact us through our contact page with your order number. Keep the packaging and include photos when possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please do not send an item back until we provide instructions.
